Explain an electrical resistance heater inside the cylinder

An insulated piston-cylinder device contains 3 Liter of saturated liquid water. The pressure is at 120kPa. Now, an electrical resistance heater inside the cylinder is turned ON, and an electrical work in the amount 2200 kJ is done on the water in the cylinder. The pressure remains the same throughout the process at 120kPa. If the surroundings is at 25 degrees Celcius and 100kPa, determine:

a) The minimum work, in kJ with which this process could be accomplished.
b) The exergy destroyed, in kJ during the process.
