Instructions: Assume that you are the emergency operations manager for a town that has a nuclear power plant and an international airport nearby. An accident at the nuclear power plant or a terrorist attack on the plant risks damage to the local social and economic infrastructure. Design a disaster recovery plan that specifically addresses these potential hazards. Besides addressing these two hazards, also address the following as a minimum:
Potential hazards from the nuclear plant
Likelihood of either hazard becoming an actual threat
Actions to protect the population and continue operations at the airport
Support your plan with at least five scholarly or professional resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
