Discussion

In my opinion being part of the corrupt international business transactions will not be ethical because any top positions should conduct any business without any types of bribes. It is not legal to pay bribes to foreign officials according to the corrupt practices act. There are consequences with legal issues when individuals who do not follow the laws. When you look at all these past congressman and governors who took bribes just to get a seat this should be an example on how to follow the ethical standards. "From the consequential ethics perspective if every business manager or officer refrains from paying bribes it will root out the problem of corruption" (Shaw, 2010).
