REPLY TO THE FOLLOWING BELOW A MIN OF 150 WORDSDUE SATURDAY MORNING

I tried to select one of the "big three" But they are so close in all areas that this discussion board is about that we could include all of them with almost every issue good and bad. Those three are GM, Ford and Chrysler. All three are so close in the market that even a tiny fraction of the market has a huge impact. So competition among our big three is fierce. Another threat in competition is the foreign market brands that are becoming more and more popular partly because of the rising fuel costs and I know I love a good racing action movie. Another threat to the big three are the bad decisions that are being made by the leaders of the companies not to mention the astronomic cost of health care for employees. Our big three automobile companies have some strengths and opportunities working for them like huge marketing budgets, social media, and the ability to upgrade their product design more often and make those new models available to consumers faster. Lets not forget the big winner here with all of the competition for sales going on the consumer can find some really good deals on automobiles.
