Topic. Immigration reform (United States)- What direction do you feel should be taken in the country in order to solve the specific problems mentioned?
Thesis statement: Immigration reform is vital for national security but heavy enforcement of immigration laws could yield a severe price hike in some industries.

I. Immigration reform is vital for national security.
a. Creating a more in-depth vetting process
b. Europe's Crisis
II. Heavy enforcement of immigration laws could yield a severe price hike in some industries.
a. Illegal immigrants are cheaper to employ in certain industries which keeps costs down for consumers.
b. Hiring legal residents/citizens would have to be paid at a higher level which would eventually translate to the consumer.
III. Bipartisan leadership should create an immigration reform that will work with our countries economy and beliefs.
a. The Democratic leadership's thoughts
b. The Republican leadership's thoughts
Conclusion: Even though the two major political parties have different views on immigration reform they should put their differences aside in order to pass a bipartisan immigration reform that focuses on national security while keeping the economy stable.
