Please write a two-page summary (12 font size, Times New Roman font, 1.5 line spacing) that includes the following information (it implies that you need to find a case study or a paper that contains the most, if not all, of the following basic information):
1) What decision making problem does the expert system support?
2) What is the knowledge stored in its knowledge base (give a couple of examples)?
3) How is knowledge represented in that ES?
4) How does the system work?
5) How is the system evaluated? What is the outcome?
6) In your own opinion, what are the possible limitations and bottlenecks of the deployed expert system in the study? Could you also share your thoughts on how those limitations could be addressed (conceptually)?
