Problem: The Little Albert study was an experiment using a 9 month old baby and a rat. Whenever, the 9 year old baby would see the rat, John Watson would make a loud unpleasant sound which cause fear to the baby. That then cause the baby to fear rats. The ethnical principals that were violated was respects for a person. The mother of the child was an employee of John Watson and could have not been able to reject the participation. The mother also could not have known that the experiment would result in her child being afraid of rats.
