Explain one or two instances when you experienced the leader taking a risk-this can either be you as a leader, or someone who served as a leader to you. How did the leader go about taking that risk? What qualities did they exude in doing so? Was the outcome positive or negative for those they lead? Was the outcome positive or negative for the organization?
