Not successfully using culture and diversity to drive better decision-making, and are experiencing difficulties as result.
Develop a PowerPoint presentation that discusses, in detail, an overview of the chosen company. Include whether they are (or are not) using culture and diversity to drive decision-making. If you chose a "successful" organization, describe how they are leveraging culture and diversity to make better decisions, and perhaps what you might recommend for them to be even better. If you chose a "not successful" organization, describe what they might do to further improve decision making through culture and diversity. Base your observations and recommendations on your learning from this module.
