Experience an episode of depersonalization

Problem: Assuming 75%of people experience an episode of depersonalization in their lifetime, doesn't this in fact argue that this type experience is normal? And as such, why are we labeling it a disorder? Doesn't it make more sense to consider those that do not have at least one such experience at some point in their lives as abnormal?
