Problem:
I need some assistance in writing a 2 page expansion strategy for a company to include sending out press releases and give public interviews; however, it is also my job to provide information to executives as they attempt to decide if they will peruse the expansion strategy. The two page summary must include the company's social responsibility assertiveness. My summary will be given to all executives as they decide to expand or not expand. Make certain to discuss the four main benefits of being socially responsible and the fact that the company can take advantage of these benefits.
1) Reinforces customer loyalty
2) Historically, financially outperforms competitors
3) Recovery after a crisis is typically easier
4) The CEO's reputation is often seen positively
Remember, to make an argument for expansion and for taking advantage of the four benefits the company may enjoy as a result of being socially responsible.
