On the Crimesolutions.gov website, multiple example of policing programs are listed. For each example there is a rating of Effective, Promising, or No Effect. Choose two programs, each with a different rating (i.e. one program with an Effective rating and one program with a Promising rating). Compare and contrast these programs. Why do you feel that each program has received the rating that is listed?
