Communication of successful adaption is vital during this process, as it seems more employees will wait until many others have positive testimonials. It would also be difficult to track the deficiencies and make rapid changes to implementation plans. There are many validity tools that organizations use to drive successful changes. Flow charts, culture mapping, and stakeholder analysis are just a few of these tools. Southwest Airlines uses a change management tool referred to as a culture design canvas. This matrix outlines the desired and undesired behaviors, decision-making, company priorities, and itinerary of events. Their focus was placed on changes that promoted placing the employees first. The result of the strategy was the airline boasting 85 percent employee happiness, the lowest customer complaint rating, and no layoffs ever. There are many models that can be used to determine project outcomes. The fundamental scenario seen is examining risk and the hierarchy of needs. We must evaluate the vulnerability to hazards with the ability to cope efficiently.
