Examine some business processes in your university or company. Identify one process that needs to be redesigned to eliminate waste or inefficiencies. Diagram the existing tasks/activities in the process; and then diagram an improved process. Use modeling tools in Microsoft Word or one of the free BPM or workflow software tools.
