In this assignment, you will have to rely on research you have gathered and read to support your assignment response. You may not have the experience of being the institution's president. Therefore, to support your responses to the questions listed, you would need to use two or three outside sources in your paper.
In addition to the information above, you should incorporate real-life examples to illustrate your points. The submission must be free of grammatical errors as well.
Tasks:
Envision yourself as the leader of an institution of your choice that is currently undergoing change. The change could be in the structure, leadership, or policies. You have to be objective when making decisions that will affect the majority.
Read different scenarios in which change has occurred in an institution. Use a minimum of two sources using Argosy University online library resources or the Internet.
Provide a generalized analysis of the situation by answering the questions below.
