Journal Assignment
In this unit, relate your experience in the group project. Did you experience competing values as the group was designing the presentation together? Relate ways you may have managed self to complete the project. In what ways did the group project help to clarify your personal leadership style? Examine ways you were able to model your personal leadership approach. Thoughtfully use the course readings and discussions to formulate your personal values and determine if your values will conflict with your leadership style.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
