II. Discover and discuss whether there are provisions that are unique to each league.
III. Examine the various provisions and assess whether the provisions relate to mandatory or permissive subjects for bargaining.
IV. Finally, identify and describe what factors make labor relations and collective bargaining in professional sports unique, as opposed to in other industries.
