Describe at least two sociocultural aspects and at least one way you can apply sociocultural learning theory to training/instruction for that workplace or adult learning environment.
2. Respond to at least one of your classmates. Describe one way you can address the sociocultural aspects described by your classmate when designing assessments. Also, discuss options for professional development to educate teachers and instructors on the sociocultural aspects discussed by your classmate.
3. Support your answers with at least one quality reference.
