Reflect upon the concepts, ideas, and thoughts on the value and importance of identifying issues that affect quality and management within a governmental agency. Then, identify a government agency that needs an improvement in the service it provides. In a letter to the agency's leader assess the reasons for the deficiencies and explain the reasons changes are needed.
Your letter should include the following:
• Identify the service and the opportunities the agency provides.
• Examine the issues and deficiencies impacting the service. Determine the most prominent challenges.
• Recommend steps to address the deficiencies.
Support your letter with a minimum of four scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 4 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your letter should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
