Given the health system planning context in Tanzania, it has not been possible to successfully generate the revenue/financial support needed to sustain improved health outcomes and health system performance over time. Discuss the financial implications for your propositions/recommendations in Task 5 by addressing the following;
A. Examine two financial challenges faced by the Tanzania's health system in its efforts to address the limitations of current funding sources and mechanisms.
B. Discuss at least two additional funding sources and;
C. Discuss at least two funding mechanisms that could bring diversity and sustainable funding sources for implementing services cost-effectively in line with your suggested strategies of how Tanzanian Health System can plan for sustained population health outcomes and health system performance.
