3) Describe the importance of the interdisciplinary and collaborative approach among the healthcare team in the rehabilitative setting to include occupational, speech, and physical therapies.
4) Describe the use of the FIM instrument in guiding therapies for the rehabilitation patient.
5) Explain the importance of the nurses' role in the management of the discharge of a patient from a rehabilitative setting.
6) Examine available community resources for the patient and their families/significant others following discharge from the rehabilitative setting.
7) Evaluate how you will incorporate the knowledge obtained from this observation experience in your future nursing practice.
