How to Proceed
Write a paper of 750-1,000 words (3-4 double spaced pages), and answer the question below. Format your paper as described, and submit to the appropriate drop box by the due date.
1. Imagine that you are planning to propose to the senior leadership of your organization that they proceed with the training you described in your Learning Strategy: Training Plan assignment.
2. Prepare a report (750-1000 words (3-4 double spaced pages) including the following sections:
a. Explain the benefits of the training by discussing how you would evaluate the training outcomes, support training transfer, and ensure effectiveness of the training.
b. Recommend a training evaluation model to use for the training and explain your choice.
