Every sentence has an indefinite pronoun as the subject. Bold and underline the subject, italic the appropriate verb, and type a P at the end of the sentence when the subject is plural and an S when the subject is singular.

1. All of the ice (has, have) melted.
2. Neither of the contestants (knows, know) the answer to the question.
3. Many of the tickets to the play (has, have) been sold.
4. Everybody in the audience (is, are) standing and cheering.
5. Both of the candidates (seem, seems) capable for the job.
