Every piece of written work should have at least three

In a well organized and well presented work product that is in written form do the following:

Introduce your reader to the concept of a contract and then take your reader through how a contract is formed making sure to discuss all of the elements of a contract. You will need to discuss EVERY aspect of a contract in great detail. Make sure to discuss factors that might make a contract invalid like capacity or illegal agreements. Use the text and the resources available in the class materials.THIS IS NOT AN IRAC PAPER. THIS IS AN ESSAY/PAPER. PLEASE ATTEND THE LIVE CLASS TO GET FURTHER GUIDANCE. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RECORDING.

This needs to be 3-5 pages with References

Every piece of written work should have at least three components to include an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion.
The introduction needs to introduce the reader to the entire paper. It is in this section of the written work where the reader will be told, in very general terms, what they should expect to see and read in the paper.

The body paragraph or paragraphs should then address those individual topics. This should be done with strong topic sentences or even headings.

Finally, a conclusion should do just that conclude. The conclusion should not introduce new concepts or ideas but should instead maybe summarize and conclude the paper.

Above are the components of a piece of written work. However this speaks to the end result and not so much the process of writing.
