Idea: Committees should have remembered committees & members name & face. Weakness and strength of individual shall be identified before role & responsibility given (DISC could be helpful), don't simply assign job or role or responsibility without acceptance, learn to listen emphatically, meeting activities shall be determined after group formed (such as time, date, venue), E-communication platform must made available to enhance communication (wechat, facebook messenger or whatsapp), any obstacle or feedback shall bring it for meeting and discussion together with committees or members, each meeting and discussion shall be focused, short and simple.
