1) Compare and contrast the management style of Mayo Clinic with the management style of an organization that has adopted Total Quality Management. This analysis is to be accomplished with a recognized organization that maybe considered as "best in class"
2) Discuss the characteristics of the other organization's TQM style and compare those characteristics with Mayo Clinic
3) Discuss the extent to which the other organization's TQM practices could be integrated into Mayo Clinic
