Write a 700 to 1,050 words paper about your go-to and supplemental leadership styles. Include the following:
i. Evaluation of the information provided regarding potential blind spots, and environments in which you are likely to thrive and struggle.
ii. A list of SMART goals that focus on self-improvement.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
