Agriculture is my passion, and after graduating I hope to get involved with the race horses in Kentucky, or with the ranch horses in Montana. I've been part of the Ag community for most of my life, and having family members that farm keeps me very up to date on prevalent issues in the farming/ranching community of Texas and surrounding states. It is this hyperawareness of current issues in ag that has led me to create this website today.

My goal with this website is to inform people, and spread awareness, about the current Drought in Texas, and how this will affect Farmers and Ranchers in the coming years. This is not the first Drought that Texans have endured, and it certainly won't be the last, but it is the most pressing subject in the ag community at the moment because of the widespread affects that the state, and the nation, outside of ag will start to feel.
