Evaluating Leadership principles in a Present Company
Your assignment is to choose a leader in the business world today evaluate his/her management practices.
Specific topic can include any topics covered in class or the text, such as communication, motivation, teamwork, leadership style, etc.
Assignment Requirements
This assignment must be completed individually and presented orally in class. Visual aids may be utilized, but are not required. These may include hand-outs, charts, or other displays. PowerPoint presentations, as well as the company's web site are acceptable, but are not required. Each presentation should be approximately 3-5 minutes long. A one page paper must be submitted about the leader you select. This paper should summarize your presentation. It may be in text form or outline/bullets form. You will NOT be graded on the paper. You will be graded on the content and quality of your presentation as well as your ability to present the information orally (public speaking, professionalism).
This assignment is due on 3/10. Any presentation not given on the assigned day will result in a lower grade.
