Research and select a sample strategic plan in an industry with which you are familiar or interested. Be sure it includes the various components of a typical strategic plan.
Identify in 300 to 350 words what the plan does well, in addition to areas for improvement.
Discuss whether the plan:
1) Clearly states where the organization is going and how it will get there.
2) Evaluates the organization's external and internal environments.
3) Includes a people plan and addresses achievement of a diverse workforce.
4) Includes corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
