Research and select a sample strategic plan in an industry with which you are familiar or interested. Be sure it includes the various components of a typical strategic plan.
Identify in 350 to 525 words what the plan does well, in addition to areas for improvement.
Discuss whether the plan:
a. Clearly states where the organization is going and how it will get there
b. Evaluates the organization's external and internal environments
c. Includes a people plan and addresses achievement of a diverse workforce
d. Includes corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
