Discuss the following:
I: Start your paper by presenting an overview of current research and scholarly views on this topic. Focus your research on positive vs negative conflict, conflict resolution, common stressors in the workplace, conflict management, etc. Utilize Google Scholar, Lexis Nexis Academic, or any other research search engine to find and present these foundational concepts. The first 2-3 pages of your submission should not mention your chosen company.
II: Conduct and present research that evaluates how conflict manifests itself within your chosen organization and how it is managed. Discuss both positive and negative conflict. Be sure to provide specific examples. Examine what stressors cause conflict and what approaches are used to manage conflict. Identify how the practices of your chosen company align with current research.
