There are 4 types of Leadership Styles: Autocratic, Democratic, Laissez-faire, Multicratic or Participative. Prepare a document of 500 to 700 words where you briefly discuss each leadership Style. Evaluate your personal leadership style based on one of these categories and explain why you identify with this type of leadership style.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
