Before beginning this post, conduct research within the APUS library and through high quality academic resources available online to support your analytical thoughts regarding a current (less than 2 years old) news item that you find regarding maritime law. (Feel free to select a topic that considers the application of maritime law in novel ways, such as in space law, if you would like.) Use the concepts you learned in this course to give your analysis of the issue. Evaluate your chosen topic in the same depth that we have been using throughout the course.
