For this homework, you are required to develop a project plan for only one of the following new projects:
a. A New YouTube Channel for Project Management Students
b. A New Sustainability Magazine for Construction Project Managers
c. A New Online Platform for Managing Virtual Project Management Teams
d. A New Artificial Intelligence System for Project Risk Prediction.
Once you have selected one of the projects from the above list, you are required to produce a project plan that supports its development and implementation.
This task will evaluate your ability to plan a project by utilizing the knowledge and skills gained from the sessions, and your own independent study. Your report should be guided by relevant theories and concepts and it is important to include academic research to underpin your analysis and provide a critical discussion where applicable in each section of the project plan.
