Problem: Vulnerable Populations Presentation
As nurses in the community, it is important to incorporate evidence-based nursing practices that will demonstrate ethnic identity, cultural awareness strategies, and sociocultural practices of clients in the community. Public/community health nursing involves working with various Vulnerable Populations as equal partners with a focus on primary prevention and health promotion.
This problem includes designing healthcare education for individuals, families, and communities about your vulnerable population. The overall purpose of this assignment is to i) increase your ability to research current event in public/community health, ii) increase your understanding of a particular area of public/community health, and iii) critically evaluate what is being done to support this population/community to increase their ability to be healthy event affecting the population/community.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
