Respond to the following:
• Imagine that you are the CIO of a midsized organization. Analyze the key items that should be included in a Service-Level Agreement (SLA) with your cloud provider. Now, imagine you are the cloud service provider. Determine the terms that you would want to enforce and place in the SLA.
• Suppose that you are the CIO of a fairly new, large organization. Evaluate the types of analytics you would use in support of your SLA.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
