Discussion: How Theory Informs Health Promotion
The complex nature of human behavior presents challenges in understanding both the factors contributing to and the process of change. Theories are diverse and have multiple uses in health promotion. Using Chapter 2 of theHealth Behavior Theorytextbook, describe the uses of theory as a tool in effective health promotion efforts.
