Review Case 12-1, "Loren Inc.," on pages 354-358 of your Purchasing and Supply Management text.
Complete the following:
• Write a 3-4-page paper analyzing alternative suppliers and recommending a supplier to provide hexonic acid. Address the following points in your paper:
o Analyze the process Loren, Inc. used to select a new supplier.
o Evaluate the suppliers to select the optimal supplier.
o Analyze Loren's negotiation position as it goes through the supplier selection process.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
