Problem: SWOT Analysis of a Swimming Pool Facility
Evaluate the specific facility you have chosen for your final project. You will imagine you have just been hired as the new facility manager at the facility you have chosen. You will conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis of the facility and create three specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic, and time-based (SMART) goals for improvement of the facility layout, operations, and technology. This exercise will help you prepare for drafting the introductory section of your project.
