Team Project
You can find a spreadsheet titled "BigProjectData.xlsx". It details 60 weeks of an agile development project. Iterations are three weeks long and the customer seems to be happy with their progress. However, the team is interested in some analysis of their process.

They've hired you to look at the data they have gathered and evaluate the team on these topics:
1. Evaluate the team's productivity.
2. Evaluate the quality of the software the team is producing.
3. Evaluate the impact changing the development environment had on productivity.
4. Is there a particular package that the team should look at refactoring?
5. Is cyclomatic complexity a good predictor for defects?
In addition, they'd like to know if you'd recommend any changes tothe types of data they are gathering in order to be better able to answer these questions in the future.
You have two deliverables: A report that explains your analysis of the questions and a presentation of your results. The both must be well-organized, professional and well-written and everyone must speak during the presentation.
