i. Evaluate the purpose of a Balanced Scorecard

ii. Identify the following categories on the Balanced Scorecard: Traditional Categories, Communication Flow, the role of the HR professional and a column for the Strategic Plan/Action Plan, and any other relevant information to improve the performance level of the organization.

iii. Defended the importance of the Balance Scorecard and the correlation to align human capital with the goals of the decision makers.

iv. Designed a supplemental graphic of the Balanced Scorecard.
