Personal Care Grooming
Joyce is the plant manager for Yooper Personal Care Grooming which makes a variety of personal care products, e.g. combs, brushes, and razors. They produce over 1,000 products and maintain in-house inventory for each all of them. They do a good job delivering product to their customers, they have a 98% service level. They do not do a good job of forecasting or measuring their forecast accuracy. Historical information can be found in the spreadsheet attached.
