For an organisation of your choice, you need to do thorough research on its:
1. Stakeholders
2. The market in which it operates
3. The growth potential of the market
4. The overall performance of the organisation over the past financial year.
Project - report
On completion of your research, address the following questions and respond to each appropriately and in detail.
1. Identify the legal status or ownership structure of the organisation and evaluate the suitability of this structure to the organisation.
2. Identify the key stakeholders of your chosen organisation and discuss their key interests. In your opinion, what competing priorities do the stakeholders have in the organisation?
3. Evaluate the organisation's current location in terms of:
a. Market size where it is operating
b. Potential in the market
c. Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of its location
d. Evaluate whether a change of location is justified.
Project - submission
1. Type written 1.5 space, single page
2. In project folder with a cover page
3. A copy must be uploaded onto Turnitin by the Turnitin submission date
4. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
