In celebration of Canada's birthday on July 1, a ship in the harbor sends up fireworks from the deck of the ship.  The height h of a rocket firework, in meters, above the water, after t seconds is give by the function h = - 4.9t2 + 23.5t + 12

i) Graph the function by hand.  Use your graph to answer the following questions.

iii) How long does it take for the firework to reach its maximum height? 
iv) When do the firework remnants hit the water?
