Dissertation - Complexity Reduction in Supply Chain management of Petroleum Product in Eastern Africa Community
The overall aims and objectives for conducting the overall research has significantly addressed the following perceptions:
- To evaluate the key findings on Transit time, cost and distance as well as any other related Supply Chain trade barriers in the overall operation.
- To understand what will be the remedial actions to reduce all Supply Chain complexities pertained by each EAC countries in General but Rwanda in Particular.
- To learn from current situation evaluationand propose the future short and long term plan that will help in increasing the petroleum product availability at an optimum cost.
Finalizing my dissertation and I received a feedback from my Supervisor which I need you to help me fine tuning and meet his recommended expectation.
