Formulate a worker-training program, you may want to include behavioral theories of classical (or operant) conditioning as a way to design your training. Discuss the effectiveness of classical (or operant) conditioning as a training method, including the methods you would use to determine that effectiveness. Using the Fundamental Issues in Employee Training, where the basic learning theories are important.
Consider and discuss how worker training programs may need to be changed to accommodate the training of disabled and ethnically diverse workers. Consider and discuss the influence of worker sex on the development of training programs if any.
In your own paper, please establish training objectives, different training models, case-study to support your training model, employee training methods, discuss the implementation of the training program and how you would assess the training program.
Evaluate the influence of worker motivation on training effectiveness.
