For this case study, you will research and evaluate National Relief Charities in detail. One of the issues for National Relief Charities is that they are ineffective in meeting their charitable purposes. Conduct research on this nonprofit and visit their website at www.nrcprograms.org. Based on your research, examine and discuss three management activities that you find as problematic. After identifying this issues provide solutions to these problems based on your research.
