Using a company of your choice, write a 3 to 4 pages paper that answers the following:
1) Evaluate the five levels of managerial skills that increase manager effectiveness (refer to Pyramid of Management and Leadership Development.
2) Review the "Five Levels of the Organization Hierarchy" Choose two skills from each level and:
a) Evaluate how the managerial skills contribute to the success or decline of an organization at each stage of organizational growth, and support with specific examples.
b) Evaluate how the lack of managerial skills contributes to the decline of an organization at each stage of organizational growth. Support with specific examples.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
