Each answer must be at least 500 words (not including references). Each answer must have at least two academic/scholarly references cited in correct APA format.

The main focus of this exam is for students to articulate and justify your answers using good scholarly peer-reviewed references to support your arguments. You must reflect on the question and your work must show in-depth analysis using proper English and grammar.
Avoid passive or informal writing and do not use any quotes in your work. Your analysis is what is needed, not your ability to copy what a published author has previously stated. Analyze the articles and give your informed opinion based on your peer-review journal articles selected.

5. What are Garrity rights? What is generally included in a Police Officer's Bill of Rights? How are they related to each other, and what are the pros and cons about them?
